Patent attorney (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a patent attorney who enjoys protecting innovations, providing comprehensive advice to clients, and actively contributing to the strategic protection of intellectual property.

• A challenging and varied role in all areas of intellectual property law
• Advising national and international clients on patents, trademarks, and designs
• Preparing patent applications at the national and international level in close cooperation with inventors and technical departments
• Evaluating the protectability of technical developments
• Representing our clients in examination, opposition, nullity, and patent infringement proceedings
• Preparing expert opinions on the status of property rights, the validity of existing rights, and freedom to operate (FTO)

• License as a European and German patent attorney
• The ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new technical topics and accurately grasp complex issues
• Enjoyment of careful, independent work both in a team and on your own
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
